Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the COGO Survey Calculator iOS app (the “App”), published by Vendrato. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the App and is incorporated here by reference.

Subscriptions and purchases

COGO Pro is available as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Professional use and disclaimer

COGO Survey Calculator is a computational aid. It does not replace a licensed surveyor's professional judgment, field verification, or independent checks. You are solely responsible for verifying inputs and results before relying on them for any survey, legal description, construction, boundary determination, or other professional purpose.

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that computations are error-free or suitable for any specific use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendrato will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the App's output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by the Apple EULA and applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
